No autoplay, no autoquest. I suggest if you want to put autos, maybe you can add it as a monthly package so people want to play auto should buy. (Make it expensive)
Make the game no gender lock.
Maybe some customization like BDM game, but its just optional.
Make the armors/clothes vary so people will love it because they can make their own fashion, from the colors, texture, patterns, maybe like asian or europe style, fantasy style.

My tips for your development fees or revenues, you can add something like an item that likes sewing equipment for making unique clothes, example: need some thread and needles so people have to buy it cash. Or maybe can add gacha features to get those sewing tools, or else, it's up to you how it can make fun so people will love it.

For p2w, i would be like it if the packages should be more far expensive than other games. So it can be played fairly. "If you want p2w, you should pay for it".
Honestly, i still don't know how to make it really fair for p2w and f2p players. But my opinion is, make the game enjoyable so players will play it for years, not just for a year or two.(Toram Online has been more 5years and still lots of fans).
